Their Niche and Designer fragrance samples are guaranteed by DecantX to be genuine and authentic perfumes that are hand decanted from the original manufacturers bottle. They cannot guarantee products once they have been opened or used and therefore they do not accept returns.
In the event that you receive a damaged product in the mail, you should email them right away (within 3 days of receiving your shipment) with the details and attach a picture of the product as you received it for a replacement. Replacements will only be issued if an accurate/clear picture of the damage is provided.
